From typical dishes of the wine country area, to traditional coastal seafood, his familiarity with the land and the produce is reflected in each plate. Each dish has a story to be told, and Chef Davide is a guide to the origin and the traditions behind the recipe and ingredients.

He is also a connoisseur of Italian wines and if you select to include wine with your meal, he will provide 2 perfect prestigious bottles from his region. 

Notorious for his sense of humor, Chef Davide is guaranteed entertainment for any occasion. 

During the dinner preparation you and your guest are welcome to observe and interact with the chef while he is preparing your menu, or allow him to create your dinner behind the scenes and serve you once it is done. Menu Choices

For our set menu bookings, we kindly ask that the same dishes are selected for all guests per course to ensure a seamless dining experience. While we're happy to accommodate a substitution here and there for any food intolerances, we’re unable to offer different options for each guest for every course. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?

Please contact info@1starchef.com if you wish to cancel your booking.

We offer a full refund within 24 hours of booking.

After 24 hours have passed, we retain a percentage of the entire booking amount as a cancellation fee, depending on how much time remains before your event

Chef Requirements

  1. The Chef need access to the kitchen several hours before the start of the event

  2. The kitchen must be clean and free of any personal belongings

  3. We will not provide silverware, plates and glassware, make sure to have the necessary in stock

  4. We will use any utensils and pantry items available in the kitchen if necessary

  5. Make sure oven and stove are working properly

  6. If children are present please make sure to monitor them closely and keep them away from the kitchen and service area for their safety

  7.  At the end our team will leave the kitchen clean but not the dining table if guests are still sitting

  8.  Estimate time of event may vary based on the type of menu

  9.  Dogs must be kept out of the kitchen and service area at all times

  10.  Please advise the chef of any allergy and/or dietary requirement prior to preparation starting

Travel Information

Services are available in London, Greater London, Kent and Norfolk. A travel fee may apply depending on exact location. 

Travel charges will be payable via a separate invoice once the booking is confirmed.
What if I need to change the date of my event?

We understand that life is full of surprises, and plans can change. If you need to alter the date of your event, please feel free to contact us. We will do our utmost to accommodate your new requirements. However, to ensure the highest quality of service and availability, we kindly ask that any changes be made no later than 14 days before the scheduled event. Within this 14-day window, we may not be able to facilitate changes due to preparations and commitments already in place.
